We all work very hard in our daily jobs/business/parenting/caring, that life can become very overwhelming. It’s in our nature to put others before ourselves.

This can all lead to burnout, exhaustion and poor health.

In order to find that balance, we need to ensure that we are making the time to look after ourselves. (We do have the time; we just make excuses not to!)

Take care of your own physical and mental health, put yourself first without feeling guilty. In order to take care of others, we must take care of ourselves. It’s time to invest in yourself.

A Very Warm Welcome!

I’m Llewella Foley and the founder of The Art of Wellness.

I grew up in Luton and now live in Sutton Coldfield with my amazing 3 children and husband, Kevin. I love spending time with my family and friends, yoga, massage, the beach, sunsets, sunrise, art and chocolate!

I am a fully qualified massage therapist and yoga teacher. I absolutely LOVE my job and I always say it doesn’t feel like I’m working. I enjoy helping people to feel better about themselves, healing their mind, body and spirit. Making wonderful friends along the way is also a bonus!
